Q::: Do you deliver my campaign in 30 days?
A::: We will try to deliver your campaign within the time period you indicate when you place an order. This can be within 14-21 days, 25-35 days or 55-65 days.

If you place a very large order (above 500,000) and select 14-21 days with the target "religion" where we have limited inventory, then it can take much longer.

Delivery is a matter of inventory and as we do not control the activity level on the Internet we cannot predict exact delivery. Also the number of campaigns we have active at any given time will influence the delivery time.

Q::: Do you provide money back guarantee?
A::: Yes, if we do not deliver your traffic within the period you have selected when placing your order then you can ask for a refund for the portion we have not delivered at the end of the delivery period. Such a refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be for the portion we have not delivered.

Q::: Are there any hidden fees?
A::: No, the price you see in the order box to the right is the final price you are going to pay. And we provide free service if you want to slow down or speed up the delivery, change target or just pause your campaign. There is simply no additional cost.

Q::: Can I call you for support and ask questions?
A::: No, our low price do not provide for phone support. If you have questions after reading this FAQ then please use the contact form and send us your question. We will try to respond within 8 hours during normal business hours.

Q::: If I do not get results then what are my options?
A::: Advertising is about "try & learn". We suggest that you use split testing that is a method to find the best performing ad between two or more ads.

Q::: Do you count the visitor who have a pop-up killer?
A::: No. Our ad server only count the visitor if we can display a window with your website or ad page. If a pop-up killer prevents the window from loading then we will not deduct a visitors from your counter and your website will not be shown. It is our estimate that about 6% of the Internet population use Pop-Up Killers so there is still very good results with pops.

Q::: Do you display my site to visitors outside the US?
A::: No. We only display your website to visitors in the US.

Q::: Do you accept new resellers?
A::: No. You are welcome to resell our traffic but our price stays the same. Our prices are the lowest you will find in the industry and there is plenty room for markup. Take a look around and you will see our traffic is already being sold with a mark up of several hundred percent by several entities.

Q::: Do you have any restrictions on my page?
A::: Yes. Your site must have legal content and cannot contain other pop-up or pop-under windows. We do not accept websites that contain scripts that alter the visitors' computer.

Q::: Can I change the delivery time of my campaign?

Q::: Can I request more than 1 category?

Q::: Do you accept any other payment than PayPal?
A::: PayPal is the only payment provider we utilize at the moment. The Credit Card link also goes to PayPal. You can now pay with credit card through PayPal without need to be a member.

A::: No.
